1. Equipment Introduction:
This machine has dimensions of 4100 mm in length, 1200 mm in width, and 1750 mm in height.
Suitable for automated packaging of bagged particles and coarse powder items with a width of 400-650 mm and a length of 550-1050 mm.
The actions of opening pressure, bag clamping, quantitative filling, bag sealing, conveying, folding, labeling, and sewing are all automatic.

3. Product Structure Introduction:
1) Clamping machine: used to clamp the bag opening for packaging and filling.
2) Cylinder bag moving machine: uses a clamping method to assist in the lateral translation of the filled bag.
3) Belt bag conveyor: uses a conveyor belt to assist in the lateral translation of the filled bag.
4) Labeling machine: used to attach labels to the side of the bag.
5) Folding machine: used for folding the bag opening.
6) Sewing machine: Sew and seal the filled bag opening.
7) Conveyor: There are two sets in total, long and short, used for horizontal transportation of packaging bags after filling.
8) Touch screen: used to operate equipment, with manual and automatic control, and parameter setting. There is an emergency stop function.
4. Work process:
1) Touch screen operation: check the servo enable button, click the clamp servo to return to the origin, and when the origin indicator light is on, click automatic and then start.
2) The staff placed the empty bag on the conveyor and turned the spring switch.
3) The clamping machine clamps the bag opening and fills the bag with materials using a packaging scale.
4) After filling, the clamping machine is released, and the bag mouth should be clamped by the pneumatic bag moving machine.
5) Conveyor 1 starts and moves the bag towards the belt conveyor along with the pneumatic bag conveyor.
6) The bag mouth enters the belt conveyor, conveyor section 2 starts, and the bag moves towards the folding machine.
7) The bag mouth enters the folding machine, while the labeling machine labels the bag.
8) The folding machine performs a folding action on the bag opening, and the bag continues on the second conveyor section.
Semi-automatic Bag Holding Machine:

2) Workflow:
Main work process: After manual bagging, the bag supporting mechanism clamps and opens the bag opening. The material enters the bag through the packaging scale. After the feeding is completed, the bag clamping is released, and the bag falls onto the fast belt. The servo bag moving cylinder extends forward, and the rotating force arm clamps the bag opening. After the bag supporting rod is retracted, the servo bag moving mechanism and the fast belt control the bag to move straight forward, and the bag opening enters the guide bag mechanism; After the fast belt changes from fast to slow, the guide bag closes, and the bag mouth enters the folding machine through the guide bag. At the same time, the bottom of the bag is transported to the sewing foreskin belt machine through the fast belt machine; Then complete the folding machine sewing work.
3) Product module composition and functions：
The main components of this equipment include: touch screen box, electric control box, bag clamping mechanism, bag moving system, fast belt conveyor, folding sewing machine, (automatic label machine optional), and sewing belt conveyor.
1. Touch screen box
The touch screen box is the operating component of the automatic servo bag moving machine, including the touch screen, start button, stop button, fire alarm button, emergency stop button, sewing machine power supply, and sewing machine belt forward and reverse knobs.
2. Electric control box
The electric control box is the main control part of this machine, which includes components such as PLC, frequency converter, circuit breaker, driver, AC contactor, relay, etc.
3. Clamping and supporting bag mechanism
The clamping mechanism needs to be docked with the measuring scale buffer hopper and connected to the bag supporting mechanism on the side. Insert the empty bag into the bag clamping opening to achieve the functions of unloading and clamping the bag.
4. Servo bag moving mechanism
The servo bag moving mechanism moves the packaging bag away from the bag clamping unloading area after the unloading of the packaging scale is completed.
5. Bag guide mechanism
The bag guiding mechanism mainly consists of a bag guiding motor, a belt, a cylinder, a support frame, etc. Structurally, the bag guiding mechanism is installed and docked with the servo bag moving system through a support frame. Functionally, the packaging bags transported by the punishment servo bag moving mechanism are then sent to the folding machine to guide the direction of packaging bag movement and level the bag opening.
6. Fast belt conveyor
The fast belt is a mechanism used for conveying packaging bags, mainly composed of components such as motors, rollers, frames, and baffles. After the bag supporting mechanism releases the bag clamp, the packaging bag containing materials falls onto the fast belt due to gravity, and moves synchronously with the servo bag moving mechanism and guide belt, ensuring that the bag can move smoothly during the conveying process.
7. Sewing and wrapping belt conveyor
The belt conveyor is mainly composed of components such as motor, drum, frame, and baffle. It is suitable for docking with a fast belt conveyor to complete the function of transporting packaging bags into the sewing mechanism.

Mainly used in agricultural products, food, chemical industry, such as corn seeds, fertilizer and other granular materials, can complete automatic measuring, automatic filling and other work.
