Components and functions

Introduction:

This series is the latest packaging equipment developed by our company, featuring small footprint, low height requirements, and high integration; The packaging machine that integrates functions such as bag storage, empty bag shaping, automatic bag clamping and loading, feeding and filling, bag bottom beating, trolley lateral movement, bag opening heat sealing or sewing, and bag discharge and pouring; Its operation is simple and maintenance is convenient. It is a simple and compact new type of packaging machine equipment.

1. Bag storage

Place the bag neatly with the top opening facing forward. The bag library can fill approximately 50 bags.

2. Suction bag extraction unit

Take one bag at a time, move it horizontally, and then place it in the empty bag shaping position.

3. Empty bag shaping

There are rulers on both sides of each bag that retract and tighten to ensure the bag is centered.

4. Bag clamping and feeding device

Clamp the two sides of the bag with 30mm wide clips and send it to the lower material opening.

5. Bag opening device

Pull the suction cup onto the bag opening and release it using a vacuum generator. When the vacuum opens the bag opening, the clamp moves inward.

5. Cutting port

Specially designed expansion nozzle (traditional funnel with 90 degree rotation) to fill the product. The clamp extends after filling to unfold the gusset plate.

6. Platform carrying trolley and bag bottom tapping device

At the beginning of loading, the conveyor trolley moves to the unloading position. The bottom tapping plate supports the bag from below, tapping the bag to exhaust and compact the material.

7. Bag sealing machine

After the bag is filled, it is directly tightened by the heating device on the loading platform trolley and then heat sealed at the bag opening, or sent to the sewing machine for sewing at the bag opening.

8. Bag pouring device (customer optional)

When the sealed bag is directly transported to the designated position by the loading car, the car's bottom plate tilts to invert the bag and send it to the next stage or directly erect the bag and send it to the next conveyor.
