Application
1. River Sand is a very fine particle size sand used in landscaping for mixing with soil to improve drainage or for topdressing lawn. Can also be mixed with cement for certain applications in contracting. Also suitable for sandboxes.
2. COARSE SAND is locally known as Sechelt Sand, Coarse Sand is mainly used as a component of concrete or to facilitate drainage and provide stability under concrete slabs, paving stones, sidewalks and driveways.
3. Drain Rock is also known as 3/4″ Round or 3/4″ River Rock. It comes in various colors and mostly smooth textures and is used commonly in drain fields and french drains. Also a decorative rock used for a “dry creek bed” look in garden areas and as a base for planter pots to help with drainage.
4. CRUSHER DUST is also known as “rock dust” or “crusher fines” is a fine 1/4″ minus compactable and easy to work with material, commonly used for trails, pathways and as a base layer for patio slabs and paving stones.
