Working Process

1. Pre-positioning empty bags
Place 2~3 stacks of empty bags at the same time to provide bags for the packaging machine.

2. Take empty bags
The bag suction mechanism sucks the bottom of the bag with negative pressure, while the roller type bag delivery structure makes the bag opening flat and transfers it to the bag opening station.

3.Open the empty bag
The bag opening mechanism simultaneously sucks the front and back sides of the bag opening with negative pressure. The negative pressure sucks up the bag opening, and the “insert knife” structure located on both sides of the discharge opening rotates through the shaft to insert the bag opening and unfold it to both sides.

4.Supply empty bag
The bag supply operation is completed by lifting the knife arm to transfer the empty bag to the bag clamping mechanism. The bag clamping mechanism grips both sides of the bag to prevent dust from spilling out.

5.Material filling
The bag clamping detection device ensures the reliability of bag supply. After the detection is completed, PLC will give a signal to the automatic weighing device, and then the material in the weighing device will be discharged into the bag. During the filling process, bottom vibration operation is performed. At the same time, the dust formed by the material is pumped away during the unloading process through the external dust removal interface.

6. Holding bag and stitching line sewing & heat sealing
After the material filling is finished, the bag mouth is clamped horizontally through the bag holding and conveying mechanism, and then the bag mouth is conveyed horizontally to the guide entry mechanism, which conveys the bag mouth to the sewing and sewing & heat sealing station for automatic sewing and sewing or heat sealing.
