Main Function & Features
1. 7” color touch screen with multi-language operating system. Software can be upgraded through USB.
2. SUS 304 / 316 body structure for option. IP65 water-proof design.
3. Factory parameter setup recovery. 99 product parameters can be preset to meet different parameter program requirements.
4. Amplitude can be automatically adjusted for easy operation.
5. Each hopper can function as one head weigher.
6. Meet four kinds of blended product weighing and packaging.
7. Open-close mode of step motor drive is applied for 3.0L hopper.
8. Pneumatic open-close mode is applied for 10L hopper.
9. Modular control system design for easy maintenance and low cost.

1. Upper storage funnel is divided to weight two different products.
2. Separate main vibrator, control the thickness of product independently.
3. Integral machine frame and machine cabinet contributes to more stability and higher accuracy.

Construction Principle
1. Feeding part: Adopt two kinds(big one and small one)valves to control the three kinds feeding: fast, slow and exact mess.
2. Weighing shelf:The weighing shelf connected with sensor,and convey the weight signal to the electric box which controlling the operation of the machinery.
3. The electromotion car operated by the motor and run in the track to convey the products.The car’s position controlled by the worker and the final position is determined by the limit switch.
4. Electric box:Exterior signal and the sensor signal are conveyed to the electric box,which could control the feeding ON and OFF, cylinder lifting and the car running through finished program.
