Main Features
1、The device can be optionally equipped with a bag - mouth dust removal mechanism to suck out the powder at the bag mouth.
2、The device adopts a specially - designed continuous - input bag - sewing machine, enabling simultaneous sewing and conveying.It is also equipped with an automatic thread - cutting mechanism and a thread - breakage warning device.
3、The device uses an electromagnetic clutch to control the operation and braking of the bag - sewing machine, ensuring accurate positioning and preventing damage to the motor caused by frequent starts.
4、The device automatically controls the pneumatic mechanism to pull and cut the paper tape. The actions are stable and reliable,and it is equipped with a tape - breakage and tape - shortage alarm device.
