New LeadallPack bag stacker and opener

LAP Series--LeadallPack today introduced two advanced bagging machines designed to automate the bagging process. The LAP 600 Automatic Bag Filler and LAP 600 Automatic Bag Opener eliminate the tedious process of manually placing bags into boxes and manually opening and sealing them before closing the box.
Ideal for preparing high volume products such as pet food, frozen foods, snacks and packaged confectionery for shipping, these machines are designed to be fully integrated into bulk bag filling lines, featuring a case packer, weigher and case sealer to create a fully automated system that forms, fills and seals cases, trays and cartons, and the bulk bags they contain.
The LAP 600 packaging machine extracts film rolls, cuts and seals them, and then places the bags in vertical cardboard boxes. After weighing and filling the products, the boxes are fed to the LAP 600 packaging machine. The packaging machine extracts the bags from the boxes, folds them around the products, and then feeds the boxes to the next packaging stage. Bag sealing and vacuuming devices are also available.
The LAP 600 handles film thicknesses from 1 to 4 mil, roll widths up to 650 mm and pulse seals sealed polyethylene or laminated bags. The LAP600 also handles film thicknesses from 1 to 4 mil and produces folded bags up to 610 mm long. Both models feature a 304 stainless steel frame, SMC pneumatic components, Omron servo motors with absolute encoders, Hiwin linear bearings and an 18" industrial panel PC.
